We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchases (this is at maximum). Orders placed before 12pm will usually be dispatched on the same day.
All deliveries will be handled by Royal Mail. If you require that your parcel is left in a safe/specific place, please leave a note at checkout in the delivery note box.

European standard delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days. Parcels will be tracked and need to be signed on delivery *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
International standard delivery will take approximately 5-7 working days. Parcels will be tracked and will need to be signed for on delivery. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
*NOTE! Any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

We are accepting payment form all major credit/debit card providers (Visa; Master Card; American Express and Maestro), through the secure Stripe payment gateway. We also take payments via PayPal which will allow payment from PayPal account users, as well as processing credit and debit card payments.
Returns & Refunds
We will accept returns on products within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be kept in ‘like new’ condition and returned in original packaging. When you are returning items, please package them in secure postal packaging to avoid potential damage in transit. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will happily replace the item (dependant upon stock availability) or issue a refund providing the the fault or damage is Our fault.
- We will not accept returns of earrings for hygiene purposes.
Refunds will normally be paid within 3 days of receipt of properly returned goods. In the event that and item has not been properly packaged and is not in ‘like new’ condition, we may only refund part of the full value of the item.
To notify us that you would like a refund, please use our refund form. You must return goods to our returns address stated at the top of your invoice. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.
